As per the official Swanson® Health Products website, each soft gel supplies 350mg of Omega-3 Fatty Acids, as noted above. Although we welcome this addition, we could not find evidence to show that mere 3mg of these antioxidants may have any significant health benefits.

The best Omega-3 supplement will use fish oil derived from deep sea cold fishes. We prefer such supplements because deep-sea fishes have been known to contain the lowest levels of mercury. As a result, we may be depriving ourselves from a rich source of Omega-3 Fatty Acids. Therefore, taking up a supplement with significant amounts of EPA and DHA may be a very good health decision.

Usually, we have found that the quality of a product directly correlates with the existence and quality of the product website; such exclusive portals provide testimonials, detailed product information and direct customer service hotlines. Therefore, we like that the Swanson® website at least provides pertinent information like a supplement fact sheet. However, we would have liked more testimonials than are listed at this time.
